A request such as “basketball” leaves important details open. Send the teams or competitors, competition, event date and your country. If you know the channel or preferred commentary language, add those too.
For motorsport, specify whether you want practice, qualifying or the race. For tennis, identify the match or session. Ask us to confirm the available coverage before subscribing.

Use the trial before match day
Install the appropriate app and start the three-day trial inside it. Test the relevant channel when it is available, using the same device and connection you intend to use for the event.
Check whether the picture stays stable during movement, whether audio remains aligned, and how the controls behave. A channel working during a trial does not guarantee that a particular future event will be carried. Confirm the event separately.

Your internet connection, device and the individual stream can affect viewing. Compare the affected channel with another channel on the same device and connection, and share both results with support. This helps narrow down where the problem occurs.
